D@rKom computers undertake to provide protection to the personal data of customers, so that it collects only the necessary, basic information about customers / users that are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract; regularly gives customers the choice to use their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this information to carry out the work. All D@rKom computers and business partners are responsible for respecting the privacy principles.

D@rKom computers value and protect your privacy. In the process of realizing the requested service and for providing notices and information related to your purchase or other service, we will use only those information that you voluntarily give us. We undertake not to sell, disclose or provide this information to a third party in a manner not specified in this statement.

REGISTRATION

In order to make a reservation or send an inquiry on this website, the user previously performs the registration by completing the registration questionnaire. During registration, the user is asked for contact information (such as name and e-mail address, residential address, phone number). This information is used to contact the user when answering questions asked on our websites and to ensure user privacy when controlling the booking status and entry or change of data. The user can send a query without data and only with a correctly entered email address.

RESERVATION

When booking goods or other services that we offer on this site, we will ask for personal information of the reservation holder (such as name, address, contact phone, etc.). This information will be used exclusively for the realization of the service. Payment information (such as card number, etc.) is specifically protected and will only be available to banks, i.e. credit card companies for payment authorization, inaccessible data to D@rKom computers and available only to an authorized company for collecting such data (PayWay of Croatian Telecom, Diners Club, Corvus)

FILE LOG

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, maintain websites, track user movements and collect wider demographic data. IP addresses are not related to any personal data with the help of which the identification of an individual is possible.

AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION

The demographics collected will be available to our media partners, professionals and advertisers. This is not related to any personal information with the help of which it is possible to identify the individual. In order to provide special services, we may partner with a third party. Only when the user signs up for these services will the names or other contact information necessary for the provision of said services be available to the third party. A third party is not permitted to use personal data except for the purpose of providing these services.

The privacy policy applies to all personal data of users that we collect and process, directly or through our partners. Personal data is any information relating to a natural person whose identity has been established or can be established, directly or indirectly. Data processing is any action performed on personal data, such as the collection, storage, use, insight and transfer of personal data. This Policy does not apply to anonymous data. An anonymous information is information that cannot be linked to a particular natural person.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

– Personal data: name, surname, address, contact number, email address, date of birth, ID number, OIB – Photos and videos: when using video surveillance – Sales and service information: Purchase information, including customer user identity, contract number and warranty information, complaints, delivery, support and services, including complaints and requests.

PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

Sales and Product Service - to process your sales, configure, and service your product D@rKom computers will collect personal information, sales and service information as well as information about the customer's history when you purchase, service or repair a product purchased with us, including warranty and verification requirements, and will use it to provide the services you requested and notify you of issues related to your product and fulfill the concluded contract. The provision of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the concluded contract is a contractual obligation and if you do not provide it, this may affect the correct performance of the contract or even disable it. Customer support and marketing – to respond to queries and provide news and offers D@rKom computers collects personal information and may use it to provide customers with support, responses to queries and complaints, and to assess what news and offers you are most likely to be interested in and contact you about these offers in accordance with your interests. Video surveillance – to control the entry and exit of workspaces and premises and to reduce workers' exposure to the risk of robbery, burglary, violence, theft and similar events at work or in connection with work.

TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

PERSONAL DATA RETENTION TIME

We store and process personal data only for as long as necessary for the performance of a particular legitimate purpose, unless the applicable regulations provide for a longer retention period for a particular purpose, and at least for the duration of the contract between the user and D@rKom computers In case of consent for marketing, we keep the data for as long as the consent is withdrawn. In the case of rejected offers, where no consent has been given for marketing, we keep the data related to the offer for a year, and in case you ask us to delete it, it will be deleted immediately. Personal data that is no longer needed is either irreversibly anonymised or destroyed safely.

Web shop

Access to the darkom.hr web shop is possible with registration or anonymously. When registering a natural person on the domain pages darkom.hr we ask you for certain personal information such as Name and Surname, email address, residential address, telephone number, sometimes date of birth for the purpose of providing various benefits. When registering, the customer accesses his webshop base D@rKom computers within which he has some benefits (loyalty program and points collection, support in the form of account keeping, warranty sheet, etc. in case the customer loses them..) When shopping on the site shop.darkom.hr and www.darkom.hr without registration, we collect the information necessary for the delivery of the purchased goods and the above information is stored for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. The user of our websites can choose whether they want to receive promotional messages or not by pressing the confirmation field, regardless of whether they have registered on the site or not. Providing personal information is the decision of a user who may or may not benefit from the benefits of our company. If the user decides not to provide the data necessary for a particular activity, it will not be able to be implemented. The data provided by the user when registering is stored on the webshop server (Hetzner and Info-Impero d.o.o.), and in the business program to which the employees of that department have access to it with codes for access to the business program.


You can deactivate your registration at any time by selecting a deactivation field. In this case, the data will be kept in the web shop system while there is a need to perform a legitimate purpose, and at least for the duration of the contract between the user and D@rKom computers We recommend that our users combine uppercase, lowercase letters and a number when creating a password for a user account to make the password itself more sophisticated and difficult to crack. We as a company hereby inform customers that we do not store or process credit card data as well as any data of this type on our site but on the protected pages of HT (PayWay), Diners and Corvus, where everything is done through encryption and to us as a company this data is not visible in its original form. As a user, you may decide to leave the data permanently on the billing pages but this information is not on our servers or within our software. WHERE PERSONAL DATA IS STORED

ACCESS TO AND MODIFY DATA

The user at any time, has the ability to access his data stored on the website where he can revise, modify and delete it. Any changes made to the website will also be recorded within the business programme itself with a 24-hour grace period. D@rKom computers may modify this privacy statement at any time by publishing the amended text on the www.darkom.hr and shop.darkom.hr pages. It is desirable that the user checks the page from time to time for possible changes to them. If the user does not agree with this privacy statement, we instruct the user to leave, access, or use the darkom.hr page.
